Bessy Conde Brown joined Intercon in 2021 and is part of the Customer Service team. She performs a wide range of functions, including customer support, entering purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, preparing quotations, and managing logistics for export order pickups and deliveries.

Bessy holds a degree in Civil Engineering and spent several years working in roles related to her profession before transitioning into the paper industry. For the past four years, she has built her career at Intercon Paper, gaining strong experience across customer service, operations, and logistics.

Outside of work, Bessy enjoys reading, exercising, fishing, and spending quality time with her family. She maintains an active lifestyle by going to the gym every morning and practicing judo in the afternoons.

Known for her loyalty, responsibility, and perseverance, a fun fact about Bessy is that she won her first car in a fishing tournament when she was 16 years old.
