Michelle Mendoza joined Intercon Paper in 2015 and currently serves as HR & Accounting Manager. She oversees employee relations, payroll, financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and day-to-day accounting operations, helping ensure both the company’s people and financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Before joining Intercon Paper, Michelle built extensive experience supporting manufacturing companies across Texas, California, and Florida, developing expertise in human resources, accounting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, safety training, and financial management. With 19 years of experience in Human Resources and 11 years in Accounting, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading leadership and personal development books, and continuously finding new opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Known for her integrity, dedication, and collaborative approach, Michelle is committed to supporting employees, strengthening financial operations, and helping create a positive and productive workplace for the entire Intercon team.
