Rogelio Rodriguez Elizondo has been part of Intercon since 1998 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. He believes true leadership means taking responsibility for every detail of the company—from daily operations on the manufacturing floor to ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, suppliers, employees, and banking partners. Rogelio leads with a strong sense of accountability and personal commitment to excellence.

A first-generation American, Rogelio holds a degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas and has built his career across both the United States and Mexico. His professional journey spans hands-on operational roles to executive leadership, shaping a well-rounded perspective rooted in hard work, discipline, and international business experience.

Outside of work, Rogelio enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Aimee, and their two sons, Benjamin and Cruz. He is an avid follower of international soccer and the NFL, enjoys traveling—especially to warm beach destinations—and prioritizes an active, healthy lifestyle through padel and regular gym workouts. Faith plays an important role in his life, as he and his family attend Mass regularly and strive to keep their values centered on family and community.
