Tamara Morales Rosas joined Intercon in 2025 as part of the Customer Service team within the Sales department. She is responsible for managing administrative processes to ensure internal operations flow efficiently and accurately.

Tamara holds a Master’s Degree in Senior and Strategic Management and brings solid experience in administrative, accounting, and personnel coordination roles across various industries. Her background supports structured processes and strong organizational performance.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys traveling, staying active through sports, and spending quality time with her family. She is also a basketball player and has a strong appreciation for both wildlife and domestic animals.

Known for being responsible, committed, and empathetic, Tamara contributes professionalism and positive energy to the Intercon team.
