Tony Ramirez joined Intercon in 2007 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. He leads and manages all operational functions, including production, maintenance, logistics, and facilities management, while partnering closely with the Sales team to deliver effective customer, product, and inventory solutions, as well as accurate customer quotations.

With over 26 years of experience in process and warehouse operations management, Tony brings deep operational expertise to Intercon Paper Solutions. His long-standing tenure with the company reflects his strong leadership, operational focus, and commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement.
